Allow users to see engagement reporting stats after an update has been published. How many emails were sent, how many people opened / clicked through on the email, etc.

Engagement reporting once an update has been published is now available. Reporting on total emails sent, delivered, opened and clicked.

The new published page also allows for users to see all comments that have come in from the public page.
